The MoonLight Ragdolls story
We've been building our reputation as a trusted Ragdoll cattery in New York since our first litter in 2017.
We started breeding these wonderful Ragdolls back in 2017. Originally we didn't plan to operate as a professional cattery — we simply wanted a wonderful pet for ourselves. But we became fascinated with their beauty and docile personality, and soon added a second, then a third, to our family.
After learning everything we could about responsible breeding, we decided to do our part to preserve the breed the right way — which led to the birth of MoonLight. Since then we've known so much love, joy, and excitement watching our kittens join families across the region.
We take our responsibilities seriously. Every kitten goes home with TICA registration and a 2-year genetic health guarantee. All of our cats are HCM and PKD1 clear. We keep a free-roam, cage-free home, and kittens are socialized from the moment they can walk. Several of our cats carry a low dander count, which has allowed some allergy-sensitive owners to finally enjoy a cat of their own.
